What makes Fiona’s All Natural Granola so different and delicious? First, we start with only the finest, freshest, most wholesome ingredients. Then, we prepare each batch by hand, in small quantities. Next,
we slowly roast our batches with loving care, resulting in a golden brown, crispy taste sensation your whole family will enjoy!

Our granola is packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals. Although it contains only 6 grams of fat and 6 grams of sugar per serving, you get 7 grams of dietary fiber, 7 grams of protein, very little sodium, no cholesterol, and no trans fat! And, our granola is wheat free and dairy free!

Not only is Fiona’s Granola the most delicious granola you can find, it is also the most nutritious! The high level of nutrition found in our granola comes from a select group of ingredients, each of which offer a variety of health benefits.

ORGANIC OATS
We use certified organic oats in our granola. Not only are oats a great source of fiber and amino acids, they also provide healthy amounts of protein and iron. Moreover, eating oats helps to lower the LDL, or "bad" cholesterol levels in the body, which in turn can reduce the risk of heart disease.
ORGANIC BARLEY
Not only is barley packed with protein, magnesium, and potassium, it is also a great source of calcium and fiber. Our barley is certified organic.
BROWN SESAME SEEDS
Our brown sesame seeds are unhulled, which provides more flavor and more fiber. Sesame seeds are a wonderful source of protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and amino acids. They add a slight nutty flavor to our granola.
ORGANIC AGAVE NECTAR
Organic agave nectar is an all-natural, very low-glycemic-index sweetener made from the juice of the agave cactus, which is indigenous to northern Mexico and parts of Arizona. Because agave nectar is absorbed very slowly into the bloodstream, it is safe for diabetics and perfect for athletes and children; it does not cause the "peaks" associated with other sugars.
CANOLA OIL
Canola oil comes from the rapeseed; it is low in saturated fat and provides a high amount of Omega 6 fatty acids and vitamin A. It is often used in cooking and baking due to its light texture and neutral flavor.
  The following ingredients are also in some of our granolas, depending on the variety you choose! Please note that all our fruits and nuts have no added chemicals and no artificial sweeteners.
RAISINS
Raisins are a powerhouse of a food, providing almost every vitamin and mineral under the sun. They are a good source of fiber and are especially high in calcium, iron, phosphorus, and potassium.
UNSWEETENED COCONUT
Coconut is surprisingly high in potassium, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, and calcium. It is also a source of other important trace minerals. Toasting the coconut adds just a hint of sweetness, which adds a distinctive flavor to our granola. The coconut we use contains no sulfites. Our Orange Crunch and Cinnamon Almond granolas are our only varieties which contain no coconut.
CRANBERRIES
Our cranberries add a chewy texture and a sweet, tart zing to our granola. Cranberries are a wonderful source of fiber and contain a healthy amount of vitamin A and vitamin C.
PAPAYA
Papaya is extremely high in vitamin A and also provides a good amount of folate, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Our dried papaya adds a chewy texture to our Pepita Papaya muesli.
ALMONDS
Almonds are high in fiber, protein, Omega 6 fatty acids, folate, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc! Our slivered almonds lend a toasted, crunchy sweetness to our granola.
WALNUTS
Walnuts are very high in vitamin A and also provide important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc. We leave our walnuts in big pieces that add a lovely crunch when toasted.
GROUND CINNAMON
Cinnamon is a universal spice that adds a wonderful flavor and aroma to baked goods. Cinnamon aids in digestion and functions as an antioxidant. It has also been shown to lower triglycerides and cholesterol levels in the blood, as well as to improve insulin functioning, particularly in Type 2 diabetes.
CRYSTALLIZED GINGER
Ginger has many uses as a digestive aid, and it also promotes healthy circulation. It can help relieve cramping, fever, and sore throats. Our chewy, crystallized ginger tastes delicious with roasted walnuts and adds an exotic, spicy flavor to our Ginger Walnut granola.
